Our Level 1 Stunt Workshop is perfect for athletes who want to begin their cheer journey or current athletes looking to improve their stunt technique and progress to the next level. Whether you're new to cheerleading or already part of one of our teams, this workshop will help you build strong foundations, confidence and safe stunt technique in a fun and supportive environment. During the workshop, athletes will focus on: 💖 Level 1 stunt fundamentals 💪 Bases, flyers and back spot technique ⭐ Body positions and flyer control 🤝 Teamwork and communication 🎯 Safe stunt progressions ✨ Building confidence in elite stunt skills This workshop is ideal for: 🌟 Athletes interested in joining one of our comp teams. 🌟 Current athletes wanting to strengthen their Level 1 skills and work towards the next level. Please wear comfortable sports clothing, trainers and bring a water bottle. Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery removed before the session.
